Battery performance is usually better than what they put on the product page. On my recent HP EliteBook 830 G5, the listing said the laptop battery lasts about two hours. But after using it fully charged, it lasted nearly seven hours. The charging speed was also impressive. It charged from 0 to 100% in about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I also bought a Chromebook from them. The battery listing said four hours, but it lasted up to ten hours depending on how I used it. So, in my experience, they don’t exaggerate their product details.

ShopInverse gives buyers a 30-day warranty. If the product has a technical issue within that time, they will fix or replace it. Physical damage or scratches are not covered. But the warranty is still helpful, especially when buying used gadgets.

Their customer service is friendly. Any time I had a question or concern, they responded and helped fast.
